1. Structural characteristics
The end-shaft structure is adopted, and the frame is formed by bending and welding. The two ends of the wire reel are lifted and lowered by two independent motors through a cycloidal reducer to drive the screw nut, which can be operated separately or simultaneously. The clamping device also adopts a dual-motor drive design to ensure dual mechanical and electrical protection.
2. Scope of application
The diameter range of the supported wire reel is 630-1250mm, and the cable diameter can reach Φ3-Φ60mm (maximum value). The adaptation standards include international general standards such as GB4004-84, DIN46391/46395.
3. Power configuration
The power of the lifting motor is 0.75kW, and the power of the clamping disc motor is also 0.75kW, both of which are equipped with a cycloidal pinwheel reducer.
4. Safety
